Teens and young adults are welcome to join us to learn about the history, art and meaning behind Sacred Geometry. Sacred Geometry is often referred to as the “architecture of the universe,” found throughout nature, and understood as a deep philosophical concept in cultures around the world. It is expressed through aesthetic, metaphysical, mathematical, and musical beauty! We will explore these some of these patterns in nature including the solar system which became important symbols for ancient people and reflect on their application today! Participants will take part in related art activities from sacred geometry books to nature sticks and leaves, and others of their choice as we discuss these concepts. There will be take home “Sacred Geometry Jars” with a chosen symbol and intention. Join us to learn more about ourselves and our world.
