Community Support Group – Wellness Night
April 29 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
In lieu of our Community Support Group based on the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) approach developed by Dr. Ross W. Greene, this month, we invite parents and caregivers to a Night of Wellness!
Join us for much-deserved self-care experiences and receive heart-centered support while socializing with others. Enjoy special refreshments, a lovely hand massage (for all that you do!) to ease pain, gain strength, and reduce stressful feelings. And, make your own wellness gift!
A guided tour of Historic Malcolm House will be offered as you learn more about the Sangha community and our center. Treat yourself to a bit of respite in our warm and welcoming community setting!
