We will see, touch, and feel specific crystals and discuss their associated meaning. This workshop will be followed by a musical experience with musician and vocalist, Lisa Mischke, who is also returning this summer to offer an interesting array of musical activity connecting humans to the natural world. Then, during lunchtime, we are happy to have Laura Beatus offer Laughing Yoga which can decrease stress and enable a greater sense of well-being in alignment with our afternoon workshop where Reiki Master, Brenda Hohner, will educate participants about how to use sound vibrations and energy for self-healing. We will be provided with scientific background and insight about this wellness method followed by hands-on singing bowl experiences to extend the learning. We can make connections to the power of sound influencing marine life, too!
