Rock & Roll Painting and Storytelling
February 20 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Tonight, we will create a rainbow of colors to roll rocks and create beautiful patterns in addition to stamping or sketching unique designs to the sound of Rock and Roll music. Our rock creations can decorate our Sangha gardens and/or participants may take rocks home. In addition, we will repaint the large rocks which are the centerpiece of our Medicine Wheel Garden (red, yellow, white, and black) and learn about their symbolic meaning in specific Native American cultures, reflecting aspects of human nature told through storytelling and song. Examples of ancient music will be connected to modern lyrics and sounds. Enjoy this festive and fun evening with peers.
