We are excited to have one of our program participants, Brooke, and Sangha staff, offer a workshop about the benefits of cultivating kindness!
This workshop will include a presentation about the meaning of kindness and practical ways to incorporate it into our lives to be of benefit to ourselves and others. Question prompts and group interactions will allow us to delve into the concept as we learn how to practice kindness in different ways. There will be a take-away activity to perform where we implement random acts of kindness on behalf of ourselves and others at home. And we will visit our Kindness Garden to experience Sangha plans to spread the seeds of kindness and incorporate hands-on decorating. Planting will take place during our Learn & Grow – Pollinator Pathways workshop on Sunday, May 7th, 1-3pm. Together, we will create this beautiful nature space where everyone is welcome.
We want to be sure to thank Brooke as well as Laura who have both inspired this workshop, our Kindness Garden (and related projects) as well as the Laughing Laura’s Designs in our Sangha Shop!
