21st Century Reading & Writing Tools – Session 2

Join us for two 2-part 90-minute workshops with Chava Blitzer, Assistive Technology specialist, who will teach attendees about the Don Johnston’s Snap & Read and Co-Writer Universal applications. Detailed instruction will be provided on how to set-up and utilize these applications to improve and provide options for the reading and writing process while assisting with organization and planning. Both tools work together to elevate skill level and production methods. Participants will receive an overview of the features, how to change and individualize settings and access outline templates as well as how to automatically generate reference pages for papers. This two-part workshop is open to parents and professionals as well as high school and college students to gain insight into tools and techniques.
