We offer the opportunity to recharge in nature through guided Forest Bathing Meditative Nature Exploration with physical and emotional health benefits with background about the scientific basis that originated in Japan. Learn & Grow sessions include hands-on outdoor educational inclusive community classes in a variety of topic areas including nature-art options for creativity-inspired personal development. Something for everyone - adults, teens/young adults, families with younger children, And groups are welcome!
