Guided Forest Bathing Meditative Nature Exploration offers peaceful and engaging experiences with physical and emotional health benefits. Learn & Grow sessions include hands-on outdoor education or farming activities in a variety of topic areas and NEW Nature Art Respite opportunities for creativity-inspired personal development. We invite the community at-large to learn and grow with us on the premises of our historic property and organic farm for all ages, abilities, learning styles and needs, enhancing academics, embracing creativity and enabling calm and connection.
