Children’s Nature & Wellness Day

We are excited to offer a day of nature and wellness for the children! Families are invited to bring younger children to Sangha Education Center for various activity stations demonstrating our Nature & Wellness Connections program options. The health benefits of reconnecting our children to nature has become more evident in recent years, yet is something that we innately know. Rediscover together with us at Historic Malcolm House on the Jericho Preserve. 

Activities include “Yoga Mountain Story” where children enact the story of saving the environment through yoga poses guided by a narrator, an array of unique nature arts & crafts, and a glimpse into Forest Bathing Meditative Nature Exploration and nature walk to our Meadow Farm. Opportunities for all ages, abilities, and interests. Come explore Sangha’s offering for families and groups.
