SUMMARY:Lego Collaborative Special Outing
DESCRIPTION:Photo credit: Old Westbury Gardens\n\n\n\nWe are excited to offer our Lego Collaborative guided by Lego-Master Brian every month\, based on the interest of our program participants for education and creative expression related to our program themes of Nature\, History & the Arts in an inclusive community setting. Lego outings are scheduled once per season to extend the learning! \n\n\n\nThis month\, we are happy to take an outing to Old Westbury Gardens for their outdoor Nature Connects Exhibit made with Legos. These larger-than-life Lego builds will inspire and amaze! We will view 17 Lego sculptures built from more than 300\,000 Lego bricks\, blending art\, science\, and nature. We look forward to participants enjoying time with peers and interns while we embark on this wonderful learning opportunity. \n\n\n\nWe will meet up and conclude at the main house entrance. If time permits\, following the Lego sculpture and garden tour\, we may visit the main museum.
