SUMMARY:Lego Collaborative Special Outing
DESCRIPTION:Photo credit: Old Westbury Gardens\n\n\n\nWe are excited to offer our Lego Collaborative guided by Lego-Master Brian every month\, based on the interest of our program participants for education and creative expression related to our program themes of Nature\, History & the Arts in an inclusive community setting. Lego outings are scheduled once per season to extend the learning! \n\n\n\nThis month\, we are happy to take an outing to Old Westbury Gardens for their outdoor Nature Connects Exhibit made with Legos. These larger-than-life Lego builds will inspire and amaze! We will view 17 Lego sculptures built from more than 300\,000 Lego bricks\, blending art\, science\, and nature. We look forward to participants enjoying time with peers and interns while we embark on this wonderful learning opportunity. \n\n\n\nWe will meet up and conclude at the main mansion entrance. If time permits\, following the Lego sculpture and garden tour\, we may visit the main museum\, gift shop\, and/or cafe (if cafe\, bring funds for snack).UPDATES: When entering Old Westbury Gardens from either 60 Post Road or 71 Old Westbury Road\, let the person at the ticket booth know you are there for an education tour. Please bring a $12 admission fee (discounted for our group) and provide it to me when you arrive (or you can pay Sangha via PayPal). I will be writing a check on the day of to Old Westbury Gardens. \n\n\n\nSee other Lego Collaborative dates for our regular sessions at Sangha. \n\n\n\nLocation\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\nMEMBERS: If you have already purchased a “Full Membership” to our Project Stewardship program\, or the option specific to this event (Dungeons & Dragons\, Lego Collaborative\, Other Seasonal Classes)\, please register using “Member Registration” below. \n\n\n\nNON-MEMBERS: If you would like to become a member\, please add both “Project Stewardship Program” and “Member Registration” to your cart.
