We work to cultivate strengths and minimize anxiety through heart-centered learning programs inspired by nature! \n\nMondays and Wednesdays (11am-3pm) w/a morning and an afternoon session / short lunch break in between (bring your own): July 20\, 22\, 27\, 29 AND August 3\, 5\, 10\, 12. Raindate for either Monday or Wednesday will be on the Friday of that week (if it is a rain storm). We will be outdoors each day / open air tents set up to protect from the sun and in case of a rain shower (rain ponchos will be available\, if needed). Bring your own lunch and yoga mat or beach towel. Gloves and hand sanitizer provided (extra masks available). Each participant will have their own seat\, table space and supplies throughout the four weeks.
