DESCRIPTION:Join Chava Blitzer\, AT Specialist\, via Zoom for an overview of Don Donston’s Co:Writer Universal\, a Chrome-based app that offers vocabulary-smart word prediction with translation when writing\, flexible spelling\, and content specific content word banks.  \n\n\n\nCo:Writer Universal and Snap & Read are critical for those students with Dyslexia/Dysgraphia and specific learning needs\, but its scope is applicable to ALL LEARNERS. This workshop session is open to students\, parents and professionals to gain insight into tools and techniques that can improve reading/writing abilities and related skills. DESCRIPTION:Join Chava Blitzer\, AT Specialist\, via Zoom for an overview of Don Jonston’s “Snap and Read.” Snap & Read is a versatile Chrome-based app that will read text aloud\, adjusts readability level based on individual needs\, offers annotation tools\, captures text for creating outlines\, automates sourcing of text and includes 60+ different outline templates\, most prominent of which is connected to Self-Regulated Strategy Development (SRSD) for Writing. \n\n\n\nSnap & Read and Co:Writer Universal\, which you will learn about in our second session\, are critical for those students with Dyslexia/Dysgraphia and specific learning needs\, but its scope is applicable to ALL LEARNERS.
